Wayne & Dee Skora, Realtors®, GRI, CRS, RMM
Wayne & Dee met in Colorado Springs and married after Wayne graduated
from the Air Force Academy. After 26 years in the Air Force (Wayne was a fighter
pilot), two children, and numerous moves, they returned to Colorado Springs,
where they both earned their real estate broker licenses.
The two have been Realtors since 1993; have been multi-million dollar producers
every year; are in the top 1% of Realtors in the U.S. as selected by "Real
Trends - Best of the Biggest"; have four times earned Better Homes &
Gardens/GMAC awards at the national level; are both Certified Residential
Specialists (only 5% of Realtors in the U.S. have the CRS designation); have
received the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation; and have been
awarded their Residential Marketing Masters (RMM). They are members of the
National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and
the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, and are listed in "Who's Who
in the West and Southwest."

Ann is the ultimate relocation expert, as you would expect from someone with over 48 collective years of involvement with the Air Force. As a child with her Father serving, and then her husband, she became accustomed to relocating approximately every two years. The experiences gained from selling a home and buying another many times gives her clients the benefit of someone who really knows how it all works. Her experience of moving many times has given her the ability to establish relationships easily. She is warm, cheerful, approachable, and extremely helpful with any obstacle that may arise.
Ann taught school for over 22 years and then retired from Air Academy High School in Colorado Springs. She has a large circle of friends from her teaching years as well as in the real estate profession. She is committed to helping all of her clients fulfill their real estate needs.
