Wayne Skora, Realtor®, GRI, CRS, RMM
Wayne met his wife, Dee, in Colorado Springs and they married after Wayne graduated from the Air Force Academy. After 26 years in the Air Force (Wayne was a fighter pilot), two children, and numerous moves, they returned to Colorado Springs, where they both earned their real estate broker licenses.
The two have been Realtors since 1993; have been multi-million dollar producers every year; are in the top 1% of Realtors in the U.S. as selected by "Real Trends - Best of the Biggest"; have four times earned Better Homes & Gardens/GMAC awards at the national level; are both Certified Residential Specialists (only 5% of Realtors in the U.S. have the CRS designation); have received the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation; and have been awarded their Residential Marketing Masters (RMM).
They are members of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, and are listed in "Who's Who in the West and Southwest."

Kathy Tutko, Realtor® QSC, ABR, E-PRO
Kathy graduated from the Univ. of Missouri (GO MIZZOU!) with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Computer Science. After exploring several career fields including software programming and restaurant management, Kathy married and was able to stay home and raise two beautiful children in the Kansas City area.
The family moved to Colorado Springs where she later restarted her career in Real Estate and joined the Skora Team. She is both an agent and the team’s contract coordinator.
