Home Buyer Checklist
You will need to provide the following documentation prior to your scheduled loan application as well as filling out a credit authorization.
1. Copies of your previous two years Federal Tax Returns all schedules
2. Copies of your previous two years W2’s or 1099’s
3. Copies of the most recent month of pay stubs for verification of your employment
4. Copies of the most recent three months of Bank statements for checking and savings acct’s
5. Copy of your new Purchase Contract and a copy of your Listing or Sales Contract
6. Or name and phone numbers for your Landlord contact for previous two years
7. Name and address and phone number for your employer
8. Name and phone number for your insurance agent
9. Copies of Drivers License or photo ID’s or Passport
10. Copy of any Relocation Paperwork
11. Please provide contact information for you, home phone, cell phone, email contact
12. Please include a copy of your Buyer agency contract if applicable
